Our Story
Born from a love of craft and community
Epicurean Cafe opened its doors with a simple belief: great coffee and great Epicurean food products should be an everyday pleasure, not a luxury. We set out to create a space where specialty illy espresso, hand-crafted teas, and fresh pastries come together in a warm, unhurried atmosphere.
Every drink on our menu is the result of careful sourcing, precise technique, and a genuine passion for flavor. From our top 1% 100% Arabica illy espresso pulls to our signature nitro cold brew, we treat each cup as a small work of craft.

Founders
Brad and Effie Stees spent more than a decade building Envy Wine Room as sommeliers and wine educators. During their travels in Italy, they fell in love with illy coffee, making the addition of Epicurean Cafe a natural next step - especially after countless requests for exceptional coffee to complement Envy's outstanding wines. Today, their passion for smooth, balanced espresso and handcrafted coffee drinks, paired with warm hospitality and a welcoming sense of community in Old Town Spring, is at the heart of everything they do.
